"The Garden of Life"

The Garden of Life is a beautiful array of flowers and butterflies and is brimming over in happiness and joy. This piece exemplifies my consciousness and the peace that I live in. It is concrete relief sculpture. It is 80”wide X 38” high, 2” depth. The price is $2,800.00. All pieces are one of a kind and will never be duplicated.

About The Artist

I was born in a little town in Georgia called Blakely in 1946. I was born into a family of twelve children being the second oldest. I have three brothers that are accomplished artist as my mother and father were very artistic in their own right. I have always aspired to be an artist as I learned in my high school years that I was dubbed in the very first grade as being the artist of the future. In my middle and high school years I, along with another aspiring artist, was chosen to become the school artist and we did all of the art for the school bulletin boards and brochures and that I enjoyed because it was a large part of my academic schedule. Once as I can remember I had to turn in a term paper in Literature and because of my artistic expression I was awarded an A for the work although the literal aspect could use improvement. Upon graduation I wanted to attend the Savannah School of Art but being from the size family my parents could not afford that luxury so my art was placed on hold until my later years. Now I have lived out my aspirations for many years and is able to be the creative genius that I am.
